Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or specialty units
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document clinical observations and maintain accurate medical records
- Monitor vital signs and respond rapidly to patient status changes
- Provide patient education and support to families
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license (compact license accepted)
- 2+ years of recent acute care experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to work 12-hour day/night shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
