Job Summary
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs.
- Document patient history, symptoms, and responses to treatment accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to coordinate seamless patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
