Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and monitoring in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and timely.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop optimal care plans.
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical care support during acute medical events.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Computer proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
