Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality telehealth consultations and patient assessments via secure video platform
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress through electronic health records (EHR)
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for diverse patient populations

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (or compact state)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid CPR certification
