Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in our healthcare network. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document accurate medical histories and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs and clinical standards.
- Monitor patient responses to treatments and intervene immediately if any changes in condition occur.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding care plans and updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and electronic health documentation.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff at all times.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the state of Arizona.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
