Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assessment of health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to critical changes in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and clinical notes.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, safety regulations, and nursing standards.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred, ADN accepted).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism.
