Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care utilizing evidence-based nursing practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergent situations
- Document clinical outcomes accurately in electronic health records

Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree preferred; ADN candidates with experience considered
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
