Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and document clinical observations accurately
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and hospital policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license (or compact state license)
- BSN preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in relevant specialty
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems (EPIC experience preferred)
