Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and clinical status, responding immediately to any changes or emergencies.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, care plans, and outcomes.
- Provide patient and family education to ensure understanding of diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and participate in our New Grad Residency Program (No prior experience required).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
