Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and Surgical Services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precise attention to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Provide patient and family education on health management and discharge planning
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects
- Mentor junior nursing staff and contribute to orientation programs
Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in electronic medical documentation systems
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
