Responsibilities
- Delicate patient assessment and care planning in acute/critical care settings
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and strict infection control protocols
- Lead patient education and discharge coordination initiatives
- Participate in quality improvement programs and process optimization
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (Compact License preferred)
- BSN degree required; MSN or specialty certification strongly preferred
- 2+ years acute care experience (ICU/ER/Cardiac)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Electronic Health Records proficiency (EPIC/Cerner)
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
