Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and oncology
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining accurate medical records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Mentor junior nursing staff and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Florida
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN degree strongly preferred
- Proven experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
