Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual health assessments and triage incoming patient inquiries.
- Evaluate symptoms via video or phone consultations and recommend appropriate care pathways.
- Document patient interactions accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure seamless patient continuity of care.
- Provide health education, medication management guidance, and wellness coaching.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in all remote interactions.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience (Acute Care or Telehealth preferred).
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with telehealth platforms (e.g., Doxy.me, Teladoc).
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable internet connection.
