Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute care settings with evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols with meticulous attention to detail
- Monitor patient vitals and respond swiftly to changes in condition
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation

Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- ACLS/BLS certification with current credentials
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
