Responsibilities
Assist physicians with patient examinations and clinical proceduresPerform vital sign checks, ECGs, phlebotomy, and basic lab testsManage electronic health records (EHR) with 99% accuracyPrepare exam rooms and sterilize medical instrumentsCoordinate patient flow and reduce wait timesAdminister medications and injections per protocolsProvide patient education on treatment plans
Qualifications
Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA)1+ years of clinical experience in a fast-paced settingProficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)BLS/CPR certificationStrong knowledge of HIPAA complianceExceptional communication and multitasking skillsAbility to adapt to changing prioritiesColorado medical assistant license
