Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute care units with 24/7 support
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient-centered care plans
- Document patient assessments and progress in EMR systems
- Mentor new nurses and uphold quality standards
- Respond to emergency situations with critical thinking
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in NC or compact state
- BSN degree required (ADN with 2+ years experience considered)
- ACLS/BLS certifications (PALS preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years acute care nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience a plus)
