Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care by assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing appropriate nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status, promptly reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and medical histories.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the state of Arizona.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
