Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to established medical protocols and hospital standards.
- Monitor patient recovery progress and respond promptly to any changes in clinical condition.

Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
