Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergency situations
- Provide patient/family education on health management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (or compact state license)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1-2 years acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EHR system preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
