Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse cardiac cases
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on post-care procedures
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to HIPAA and JCAHO compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active WA RN license (or compact state)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with Epic EHR systems preferred
