Your Mission
As a Registered Nurse, you will be the cornerstone of our patient care delivery. We are looking for self-motivated professionals who thrive in fast-paced settings and are committed to improving patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established nursing protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient conditions continuously and promptly report any changes or adverse reactions to the healthcare provider.
- Provide patient and family education regarding disease processes, medications, and home care instructions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings to enhance clinical practices.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Kentucky.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred, ADN accepted).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting (new graduates with exceptional clinical rotations may be considered).
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
