Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in specialized units including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures per protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation standards
- Provide patient/family education and discharge planning support
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and facility-specific safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license with no restrictions
- BSN preferred; ASN with 2+ years experience considered
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in target specialty
- BLS, ACLS, and specialty certifications required (e.g., TNCC, PALS)
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and weekend rotations
- Pass background check and drug screening
