Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations swiftly
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation

Qualifications
- Active Michigan RN license (compact license preferred)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years ICU experience considered)
- BLS/ACLS certification (PALS required for ER/Peds)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience (ICU/ER preferred)
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity
