Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Administer medications and therapeutic interventions with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient records accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Provide patient/family education on health management
- Respond to emergency situations with critical thinking skills
- Maintain infection control protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado (Compact License accepted)
- BSN degree preferred; ADN with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- 1+ years acute care or ICU experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in high-pressure environment
