Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond immediately to emergent situations.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately.
- Maintain a safe, sterile, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered RN license in the state of North Carolina.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
