Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, progress, and response to treatments
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and preventive care
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and facility safety protocols
- Assist in emergency response situations and rapid assessment protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights/weekends
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
