Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient conditions to identify changes in health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
- Document patient care activities and vital signs accurately and timely.
- Respond immediately to emergency situations and code blue events.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and procedures.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
