Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Provide compassionate patient education and emotional support to families.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (CA RN License).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New grads welcome with residency programs).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
