Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in acute care settings with compassion and precision
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with strict adherence to protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments and care outcomes using our advanced EHR system
- Monitor vital signs and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection control measures
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Texas (TX RN license required)
- BSN degree preferred; ADN candidates with relevant experience considered
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response capabilities
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments
