Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Monitor patient vitals and report critical changes to interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate with physicians and care team to develop treatment plans
- Provide patient education on health conditions and discharge instructions
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety compliance
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Texas (TX RN)
- BSN or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience (new grads welcome)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
