Your Mission
As a Registered Nurse, you will serve as the primary advocate for our patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being during their stay with us.
Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Clinical Care: Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Communication: Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Education: Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care instructions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely medical records and patient charts.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- Certifications: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New grads welcome with relevant rotation).
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
