Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to safety protocols and physician orders.Monitor patient vitals and clinical status continuously to ensure rapid response to changes in condition.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, therapists, social workers) to optimize patient outcomes.Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR) systems.Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, medications, and post-discharge care.Assist with triage and emergency response during high-volume shifts.
Qualifications
Current, unencumbered RN License issued by the Oregon State Board of Nursing.BLS and ACLS Certification required at time of hire.Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Diploma accepted with relevant experience.Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting (New Grads welcome for specific units).Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills under pressure.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
