Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, monitoring vital signs and assessing health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
- Document patient history, symptoms, and responses to treatment accurately and timely.
- Respond to medical emergencies and critical situations with rapid, decisive action.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and post-discharge care.
Qualifications
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New grads welcome to apply).
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
