Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards.
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and monitor treatment effectiveness.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio or compact state.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care or specialty area.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.
- Strong assessment skills and ability to prioritize critical cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
