Your Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be the cornerstone of our patient care team. You will assess patient needs, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs to identify changes in health status.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis, treatment, and home care instructions.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and code blue situations.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
