Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs by performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments according to strict medical protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and patient progress to ensure optimal recovery.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Document all patient interactions, care provided, and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional and compassionate patient care standards.
