Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care and medication administration
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Implement treatment plans and evaluate patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
- Participate in shift handovers and care coordination
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Indiana (or compact state)
- BSN preferred, ADN with 2+ years experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- 1+ years of acute care experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Electronic health record proficiency
- Pass background check and drug screening
