Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in acute/critical care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and document patient vitals and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients/families on treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Adhere to JCAHO and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active WA State RN license (required)
- BSN or higher preferred
- 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certification (current)
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to adapt to high-pressure situations
