Responsibilities
- • Provide direct patient care in ER, ICU, or Med-Surg units
- • Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- • Monitor patient vital signs and document in EHR systems
- • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- • Educate patients and families on care plans
- • Maintain sterile clinical environments
- • Respond to emergency situations with rapid intervention
Qualifications
- • Valid Missouri RN license (compact license accepted)
- • BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- • Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- • Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- • Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
