Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to any changes in clinical status.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
