Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Document clinical observations and interventions accurately in EHR systems
- Mentor new staff and uphold highest standards of nursing excellence

Qualifications
- Active Nebraska RN license (or compact license)
- BSN degree preferred; ADN with 2+ years experience considered
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
