Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in our specialized Cardiology Unit
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and document patient vitals and condition changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care plans
- Provide patient and family education on cardiac health
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
Qualifications
- Current Arizona RN license (unrestricted)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- Cardiology or telemetry experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Commitment to weekend shift availability (no holiday rotations)
