Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precise documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions using critical thinking skills
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) in Epic systems
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- Current Washington State RN license (or compact license)
- BSN preferred; ADN with relevant experience considered
- 2+ years acute care nursing experience (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Experience with Epic EHR systems preferred
