Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams including physicians and specialists

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- 2+ years recent acute care experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills

- Commitment to weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
