Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care across diverse units including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care plans
- Respond to emergency situations with calm, decisive action
- mentor junior nursing staff through our peer-to-peer program
- Participate in weekend-specific quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- BLS/ACLS certifications with current expiration dates
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend coverage
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to rotate between units as needed
