Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient health status, administer medications, and provide treatment as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and their families during critical times.
- Document patient care activities, observations, and responses to treatment accurately and timely.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical incidents within the shift.
- Ensure strict adherence to hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Arizona.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, ideally in an acute care setting.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
