Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs around the clock.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Respond swiftly to emergent situations and assist in resuscitation efforts.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Nebraska.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
