Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient health status and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Document patient care activities, accurately recording vital signs and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred (new graduates may be considered).
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Commitment to professional growth and adherence to hospital policies.
