Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based patient care in our acute care setting
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient assessments and outcomes accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain strict infection control and safety standards
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Missouri (or compact state)
- BSN preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience required
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications mandatory
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced clinical environments
