Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Assess patient conditions, document vital signs, and update electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care measures
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Illinois (IL RN license)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in acute care or similar setting
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EHR)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
